Hello Bonecrusher Family,                                                                    July-Aug 2006

Greetings all, I would like to say thank you for all the support that has been shown
throughout this deployment.  We have endured the many obstacles that Soldiers and
leaders faced during combat.  Our guys are truly the best and I linked that to the
remarkable leadership and experience in the Bonecrusher organization.   Definitely
your men have performed and achieve high standards that will only make them better
leaders in their future assignments and career.  I am proud of each Soldier because
they all are champions and always gave 100% all the time.  Now as we prepare to
redeploy home, we must continue to show our love and support for our men.   Your
men have gained invaluable experience; experience that will be retained and
developed for years to come.

Reunion/Reintegration

This is will be a very critical time for some; however I asked we continue to support
our Soldiers.  Be creative and include them on everything if possible; however I
recommend that one do not overwhelm them.  Just remember reunion requires
reintegration!  Love and patience will be instrumental to a successful and
enthusiastic homecoming.   I applaud all spouses for a job well done in keeping the
household in order while your men were deployed.  This is no easy task especially if
you have children and pets.  One thing that I will highly emphasize to your love ones
is the importance of keeping good order and showing respect.    Finally, our single
soldiers that will be coming back to the barracks; let’s make them feel special by
giving them recognition and a hug.  I believe the little things bring out positive
measures; definitely it will make their day.

Note:  Tomahawk Inn will be available for all family members waiting for their love
ones’; for more information contact the FRG Boncrusher team.

Words cannot explain how proud I am to be the Commander of the B/ 4-320 FAR,
(Bonecrushers).  In my nine months we have achieved tremendously during combat.
We have truly been blessed during this deployment and I thanked God daily for
safety and a smooth transition home.  I extend my blessings to B/2-17 FA command
team as we transition authority to them.  There is no doubt in my mind that they will
continue to build upon the positive mark we left behind during OIF 05-07; building a
safer and stronger Iraq.  “PLAY LIKE A CHAMPION TODAY”!

God Bless Our Soldiers!
